Mary will be holding a live webchat in this forum during tonight's episode of Mary Queen of Shops, aired on BBC2 at 9pm.
Everybody's welcome to join the conversation, but please register first to avoid any delays.

Hi Mary, I wanted to participate in this but now it's taking place while the show's on, I can't as I don't get back from my course until after 10. Will there be a transcript published of the chat later on? |

I'm indulging in a little retail therapy myself this evening, but hope to be back in time to watch the show and join in the webchat.
Great idea this, and really fab of Mary to be willing to share insights and reflections on what went on during the filming of the show as it airs. |

Looking forward to tonights show, and talking to you. Im in the very early stages of setting up my own shop (Pregnancy,Baby merchandise with a very personal service) and am looking for as much advise, tips etc as possible as know that this is a hard market.
People are advising me to maybe start online prior to opening a shop as they are concerned that so many are closing, but it really is my dream to have my own store and believe with a passion that i can make it work. :-) |
