1,400 bed cant sleep on mattress dew to woollen hard tufts sewn onto mattress been offered exactly same mattress from show room there not getting the point but i am inspected by FIRA found no problem no surprise they are paid by carpet right inspection by carpet right he felt hard lumps through thick mattress protector and sheet they are standing by FIRA report. This mattress is not fit for purpose take the right out of carpet right and give it to the customer STOP STANDING BEHIND FIRA .
Next time I’ll go to John Lewis 3 maybe 4 times the price but at least you get good customer service, just called head office asking who I could complain to and they just put the phone down on me!!!! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??
Carpetright Dorking zero customer service never call you back all blame each other, 2nd time for fitting today after getting the carpet size wrong and trying to blame us still awaiting call from fitters!!!!!!
Awful – from the poor service to the poor product – wish I’d never walked through their doors. Cheap tat overpriced and then fake reductions to make you feel like there’s a bargain. Never going back.

I took the time to write an honest review on carpet right on this web site. It was an ok review,but they have removed it. So here is my review on Mary portas secret shopper…..poor customer service, no communication or reason for removal. They ask for your input and then take it away.my star rating is for them is zero….poor,poor,poor. If your reading this, I bet it’s not here next time you look. Is freedom of speech still alive in portas world
Bad service,let down twice for fitting.people in shop blamed each other.decided never to buy from them again….then dave the fitter turned up.what a star.explained what he was doing and why and made me feel at ease. disgraceful service, would never use again. Information on website incorrect, no phone back and the call to buy number doesn’t take orders, instead routed through premium rate numbers to a number of different departments of rude staff. Order didn’t arrive, chased up to be told has been dispatched to then being told out of stock until two months time. Would NEVER use ever again!

fitter due at 10am arrived 3pm poor
One star is too many for Abingdon Carpetright. Poor carpet fitting, poor cust service and the manager still hasn’t returned my front door key 3 weeks later. I called and he went on the defensive telling me it wasn’t company policy to return keys to their owners. Really?? Save yourself the hassle and buy from anywhere else.
Bought 600 pound carpet,got left with 200 pounds of waste carpet,its useless has its in 6 bits,never again will i go there…
Went to two different carpetright shops, gave measurements in Feet and asked for a quote on laminate flooring. Both shops got the measurements completely wrong! Both shops Salespeople were very unhelpful. I will not be using carpetright.
Dorchester store I’ve visited twice and both times been welcomed to the store and had the full attention of the staff. Every question answered and even some I didn’t think to ask. Not yet finalised my purchase (wife does the choosing I just nod and pay) but will soon. Tidy inviting store and friendly knowledgable staff make it a pleasure to visit.
Make promises that they cant keep, unrealistic time scales for delivery, poor delivery company contact, prices triple the prices in store in comparison to online site and other stores.
Terrible service, and the carpet we bought is also fraying after just 2 weeks v v v poor
You do not get approached at all.I have been in here many times and feel like they are just there to have a laze about and natter to each other.

I ordered a matress 5 weeks ago and promised delivery within 21 days, i am STILL WAITING !!! after me making numerous phone calls. Are head office bothered? – NO, they just say delevry dates are given in good faith. Never again Carpet Right, i will go elsewhere that hopefully do as they promise.
The fitter rang 45mins after due to arrive to say he was ill and not working. The store said he would be round once he finished his jobs. The fitter lied to me on the phone. Would not trust them!
Wellingborough, the fitting is absolutely horrible and we are not paying for the “service” we have received.

I hate hate this carpet company, always a “sale” on as well – just drop your prices!!!! We demand transparency!!!
Recently gave them another chance after realising accessories were expensive in the past, however it looks like they have finally realised! NO DELIVERY CHARGE on rollstock carpets, standard delivery charge reduced, underlay prices now much more competetive… better than b&q, and also I noticed the gripper has come down in price! Makes them much more appealing in my eyes, going in the right direction, they do have the best choice, just chose the time that you buy carefully!!
Carpetright Cheltenham. Ordered bed and headboard for guests arriving, were told they would be with us within a week to 10 days, guests arriving in a days time, still no bed. Requested a refund so we could go elsewhere, to be refused! We have no bed and no refund and no one at Carpetright seems remotely concerned, customer services are rubbish, just keep putting us back through to store, where the manager is not interested. Really could scream don’t know where to turn next.
went into carpet right tunbridge wells today was warmly welcome to the store by a young lady made me feel at ease good atomshere as only two staff in a large shop the young man came over too me was excellent thoughout helping me make a choice and help me choose a lounge carpet which i ordered very rare these days
