    Very disappointed. I would have expected service better than I got from a brand new CSL store. The finger wagging Mary Portas obviously didnt get through to them the first time, is there a reason that I see that they are ranked so high in this site? Nepotism is alive and well edited I am sure. I made a purchase, which was delivered in the wrong colour, and the manager accuses me of making the mistake. They are the experts, but I have to foot the bill for not knowing what the various shades are!

    Didn’t buy, just looking. Got all the info we needed from Suzy at Gateshead.then Heather walked by offering us tea while we looked! Both ladies absolutely charming and lovely!will def go back once we decided the colour we decorating! Would recommend just for the friendly service every time!

    On Monday I purchased a couple of sofas from the Birtsall, Leeds branch. Ever since I put down my money, I have received nothing but awful service. After submitting my order incorrectly, the sales person has made no effort to rectify his wrongs. I have been promised numerous call backs that have not happened (5 occasions to be exact) and still have no delivery date despite having paid for all my items in full. Nice sofas, terrible customer service.

    My wife, myself and son visited the White City, Manchester store on October 5th. 2011. We ordered a three piece suite, two electric recliners chairs and manual three seater. It was confirmed twice by the sales person that it would be delivered prior to Christmas. This was part of the CSL advertising in the media. We waited patiently to receive our e-mail confirming a delivery date in December 2011. Instead the e-mail requested to know a convenient day after 9th. January 2012. I telephoned CSL

    Bought my first sofa from csl Doncaster on the 16th December. Experiance was relaxed, didnt feel any pressure to make a purchase and Dave was very helpful and charming. Downside still waiting for confirmation email that was promised, the My Account page on the website, where I was told I could check my order progress isn’t working yet. And then listening to staff bragging that his face is why he sells well when I left was a little un-professional for me. It wasn’t his face, I needed a sofa!
