    Currys Westfield Stratford – bought £250 netbook, when switched on had already been set up by someone else, even skype had been logged in and things downloaded – must have been returned which was not told at time of purchase and battery not working properly. Sent letter to store who called to say call back leaving no number – so called customer service who said i can’t call the store even though they said call back. Left currently with a faulty netbook, high phone bill and no contact.

    December 2011
    Common fault appeared on 50″ LG plasma TV offered and payed for wrong repair service (refunded) offered right service online missed two delivery dates to return repaired tv and when it did turn up the front screen was cracked so returned to repair centre…still ongoing as of today 09/01/2012

    i bought an oven in 2010 it went wrong after 3 days.came and repaired it and broke after 1 day.burnt offerings all over oven del jan 13.have had 5 repairs oven over xmas and new year,it went kapuut on xmas morning having been repaired on the 22nd dec.have been in dispute with currys.they say i should have another repair.not a chance!they offered £180.i paid £199.99.I unfortunately have accepted this meagre offer.wish i had stuck it out and gone SCC.but i needed an oven

    after care service disgusting. Washing machine whwich is an LG has not been working since the beginning of December.Engineer came as promised within the two days ,wrong part sent for with no explanation now without a machine that cost me £975 for over 5 weeks with no one attempting to make any contact with me at all .had agood service with store staff when I purchased the item only to be let down with this supposed to be after care team.if engineers are franchised but couldnt give a damn

    Cribbs Causeway, The Mall Bristol I bought a chrome book and a smart tv on 05/05/2012 (yesterday!) I was told I could have two laptop bags free (I did ask for them and was told yes!) when I got to the counter and passed to another assistant he told me I couldnt have the bags! I complained and was given one free, I got my tv home and was not advised to buy a lan adapter so cant use the smart tv online! phoned and complained and was promised a manager would call me back by 3pm…not impressed!

    Purchased cooker 10/12/11 delivered 15/12/11 without adjustable feet, my electrician arrived 17/12/11 could not fit without these. Called customer services 17/12/11 who said they would send out in the post, have just received today 06/01/2011. Christmas was cancelled at my home, had to arrange for sister to cook for the 20 of us, was so embarrassed! Such poor service Currys and the cost of calling the 0844, disgraceful, would not give me a local number. I will never purchase from them again.

    Purchased a tv from Currys seven months ago. Todate TV has failed three times. On each occasion Currys have attempted to deal with problem. Staff, plus manager, have been rude and unwilling to accept that the product has a fault. Product has now been returned for the another fault. Shopping at Currys has been one of the worst shoppinf experience of my life.

    know how isnt very good but if u know ur stuff u can get the better of them .we sent our laptop to be repaired ob the 17th dec and was told that it woulfdb e back on xmas eve today is the 4th of jan and heard nothing so foned and they said they waiting for parts ,so no idea when it will be back .but….. my wife deals with the know how policy in her job at hotpoint and if know how dont have ur product back to u within 21 days they HAVE to give u a replacement product of the same specs.
