Easy access and free parking; good range of items- value for money; no queues at checkout; assistants helped me when I needed a glass of water and a chair to sit on.
Whitely coventry. Lovely staff. specialy the changing room staff. Friendly helpfull and very pleasant. Nice looking store.

Very nice prices and clothes but the store is dirty and untidy. Filled with clothes on the floor and those on hangers so tightly packed you cant shift them to see properly before selecting. The shoes on shelves are different feet and staff numbers very few. Been on queues for 3 hours! The staff are often nonchalant, do not see the need to hurry while tills on higher floor are left empty. Terrible!
