They have a ‘special offer’ selling 3 male rabbits for £35.
Male rabbits will fight and kill each other.
How irresposible to encourage a sale of 3 male rabbits! When I mentioned it to the staff he agreed and said that is what HO have told them to do. Disgusting!

Staff at the Chepstow store told my elderly Mother that they were too busy to help her to the car with 2, 15kg sacks of Dog food, even after she’d just spent £120 in the store. Shocking service. I’ve strongly suggested that she shop elsewhere in future.

Norwich Longwater. Staff not knowledgable about livestock. Sick animals being sold. Livestock kept in small cramped conditions in the stock room.
The cages for rabbits are FAR to small and they don’t even sell one the size the Rabbit Welfare Assocaition recommed. Really wouldn’t even give this store 1 star.

Staff on floor and till are really nice come over to my dog see him, give him treats, have a chat with you. Great customer service !
Also vet clinic in store are excellent. High standard of service is always given to us and know my dog well and always make a big fuss of him. Nice to feel welcomed and important from staff. Always recommend them to others. Thanks again
